2010 Multicultural Initiative

Our MultiCultural Initiative is a growing and developing community outreach program designed to give every youth and their family the opportunity to join Scouting. The Initiative started in 2005 with the Hispanic/Latino-American OutReach program. The goal of the MultiCultural Initiative is to develop Scouting programs for all youth and families in underserved communities throughout Monmouth County. This includes not only underprivileged and at-risk youth in low-income communities, but also youth and families in underserved ethnic and demographic populations.  For more information about Monmouth Council's MultiCultural initiative please contact Alan Rowe at 732-536-2347.
